公器私用？穿便服騎警車 男女兜風趴趴走
8日上午11點多，有民眾看見一對男女騎警車，在新北市五股趴趴走，而且還沒有穿制服，懷疑警用機車遭公器私用，向附近分局詢問，警方卻說這輛機車，不是警用車輛，難道是有人蓄意冒充？
黑衣男騎機車載著一名女子，女乘客伸手扶著腰際，頭還輕輕靠在對方身上，但仔細看他們騎的機車車殼，怎麼會有「新北市政府警察局巡邏車」字樣？
與一般警車比較，這部機車與警車相似度相當高，車身都貼有新北市政府警察局巡邏車字樣，只有字體些許不同，正規警車通常配備警示燈，這部車雖然沒裝，但自己裝上打擊犯罪人人有責報案110的擋泥板，要是沒仔細比對，根本真真假假分不清。
記者李潔：「有民眾發現一對男女，騎著警用機車經過這個路段，但他們沒有穿警察制服，看起來也不像警察，懷疑是公器私用，而實際詢問周遭分局，他們都說，這不是警察列管的車輛。」
記者實際查證當地蘆洲分局，附近林口、新莊、三重分局，還有新北市警局都仔細徹查，偏偏，這部車不在名冊管轄，那究竟屬於誰？
蘆洲分局五股派出所長張志謙：「人氣產品排行榜2018熱門產品他只是經過，它非警車，該行為涉嫌違反刑法第159條，公然冒用公務員，服飾徽章或官銜，罰新台幣500元以下罰金。」
事後追蹤發現，車主日前曾擔任民防義警，警方當天派人查訪，同時也要求車主把警局貼紙撕掉，畢竟私人機車，偽裝得跟警車一樣，無論有心還是無意，都可能因此觸法。

台灣最大一貫化作業電爐煉鋼集團的台灣鋼鐵集團，旗下六家股票掛牌公司今年第1季繳出亮麗的成績單。 本報系資料庫 分享 facebook 台灣最大一貫化作業電爐煉鋼集團的台灣鋼鐵集團，旗下六家股票掛牌公司今年第1季繳出亮麗的成績單，合計營收為64.73億元，較去年同期成長8.56%，獲利方面扣除興櫃的春日機械無需揭露，其餘5家公司稅後純益合計為2.49億元，較去年同期成長1.3倍。台灣鋼鐵集團指出，今年首季旗下的春雨（2012）、榮剛（5009）、久陽（5011）、沛波（6248）、春日機械（4544）均繳出好成績單，且紛紛改寫近期新高紀錄。. } }); } 扣件大廠春雨今年第1季獲利在成本費用管控得宜與匯兌利益挹注下，帶動第1季每股EPS達0.53元，創下歷史同期新高。特殊鋼大廠榮剛受惠產品持續朝高毛利率領域轉換、航太訂單需求強勁，以及煉鋼產能提升，帶動公司第1季營收、稅後純益同步改寫四年同期新高，首季EPS達0.19元。久陽在美國市場轉單效益持續發酵，以及高毛利產品放量出貨激勵下，首季營收3.11億元、年增25.87%，創歷史同期新高；毛利率較去年同期擴增1個百分點，達13.66%，營業利益率亦同步擴增2個百分點，為5.17%。營運效率提升加上費用控管得宜，帶動稅後純益大增逾七成，EPS為0.25元，改寫近四年同期新高。成功轉型為鋼筋加工與買賣通路商的沛波鋼鐵，自去年第四季轉虧為盈後，今年第1季營運續創佳績。首季營收7.13億元，較去年同期成長54.68%，稅後純益3,126萬元，轉虧為盈，EPS達1.02元，創下歷史同期新高。此外，春日機械今年首季自結營收3.86億元，續維持高檔。春日去年營收16.75億元、穩健增長，稅後淨利創下五年新最新出版熱門商品高，達1.27億元，稅後每股盈餘（EPS）2.11元。展望未來，台鋼集團指出，該集團從上游的電爐煉鋼到中游的盤元線材製造，再到下游的螺絲螺帽，已經建構出一條龍式的電爐煉鋼體系，產業布局架構漸趨完整。集團擁有的二大電爐煉鋼廠─慶欣欣鋼鐵、易昇鋼鐵，未來將居原物料供應的關鍵地位，目前正全力推動內部整合，有效利用資源、發揮營運綜效，預料旗下三大次集團榮剛集團、春雨集團以及慶欣欣集團將在各自的專業領域茁壯，開創嶄新營運新局。
