全台第一門 蘭陽戲劇團要在大學裡開歌仔戲通識課程 | 大學研究所 | 文教 | 聯合新聞網
台灣第一、也是唯一公立歌仔戲劇團的蘭陽戲劇團，去年預算被刪，面臨生存危機，宜蘭縣議會日前審查108年度總預算追加（減）預算案，3讀通過劇團營運經費1180萬元預算，解決今年營運問題。蘭陽戲劇團在國立傳統藝術中心宜蘭園區駐園演出，縣長林姿妙今天到場，為團員加油打氣，更勉勵團員要再接再厲。. } }); } 蘭陽戲劇團重生，也再創新，與國立宜蘭大學合作，今年9月將在大學裡開立全台第一門歌仔戲通識課程。林姿妙今天指出，這次追加預算能順利過關，要特別感謝議員們的支持，在質詢台上的所有建議，劇團一定虛心受教，好的享好禮超人氣產品方面繼續保持，不足的地方立刻改進，期許劇團不管在演出、推廣、傳承或創新製作上，都要拚出好成績，證明自己的實力，讓大眾能看到成果，不負為全台唯一公立歌仔戲劇團的招牌。文化局表示，雖然之前預算被刪，面臨解散困境，但蘭陽戲劇團並未因此停滯運作，一樣努力爭取演出機會，繼續推廣傳承，不曾中斷。今年截至目前為止，蘭陽戲劇團已參與「2019台中大甲媽祖國際觀光文化節」、「2019台北保生文化季」、「2019台北先嗇宮神農文化季」、「陽光慈善公益基金戲曲行腳巡迴演」等大型活動。文化局指出，劇團製作年度新戲「春草」，獲得好評，精選優惠流行目前配合文化局及縣內團隊共同製作「西北雨傳奇」新作品。在教育推廣上，文化局指出，今年9月與國立宜蘭大學合作開立全台第一門歌仔戲通識課程，並將與阿寶教育基金會幫助弱勢、發展遲緩的兒童透過學習歌仔戲帶動生理及心購物必買理的成長。文化局表示，劇團未來將持續推動國中小、高中推廣教育及巡演，並加強新創、重製、再發展作品及行銷推廣能力，達到戲曲傳承、推廣、扎根及新創目標，爭取更多曝光度以提升知名度，期望今年繳出亮眼的成績單。蘭陽戲劇團在國立傳統藝術中心宜蘭園區駐園演出，縣長林姿妙今天到場，為團員加油打氣，更勉勵團員要再接再厲。圖／宜蘭縣政府提供 分享 facebook 商品搶購 蘭陽戲劇團在國立傳統藝術中心宜蘭園區駐園演出，傳承劇曲文化，預計今年9月在宜蘭大學開歌仔戲通識課程。圖／宜蘭縣政府提供 分享 facebook
調查：東南亞國家謹防中國一帶一路倡議 懷疑美國承諾
根據7日公布的一項政策調查結果，7成受訪者表示，東南亞國家在中國「一帶一路」倡議相關磋商上應持審慎態度，以免債務陷入無法支撐狀態。
路透社報導，這項研究也顯示，東南亞國家愈來愈懷疑美國作為區域戰略夥伴和提供安全的承諾，而中國在政治和經濟上的觸角持續延伸。
研究說：「傳統觀念認為中國在經濟領域占主導地位，而美國在政治戰略領域發揮影響力…有鑒於這項調查結果，這點需要重新審視。」
這項調查出自與新加坡政府有關的智庫尤索夫伊薩東南亞研究所（ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute），訪問東南亞國家協會（ASEAN）10國來自政府、學術圈與商界、民間社會和媒體的1008名人士。
將近一半受訪者表示，中國國家主席習近平的「一帶一路」倡議，將讓東協「更接近落入中國勢力範圍」，而1/3表示這項計畫缺乏透明度，16%則預測會失敗。
7成的多數受訪者表示，他們的政府「在一帶一路相關計畫磋商上應持審慎態度，以免欠中國的債務陷入無法支撐狀態」，這種觀點在馬來西亞、菲律賓及泰國最為強烈。
部分西方國家先前指控中國「一帶一路」讓許多國家陷入債務陷阱，中國否認這項指控。
